MediWatcher.io provides users with a health and medication reminder app that helps manage medication schedules, track health-related activities, set health goals, and receive personalized reminders.

• Integration with health devices or third-party apps.
• User progress tracking and insights based on recorded data.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You retain ownership of User Content you upload, but grant MediWatcher a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content to operate and improve the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, logos, and content are the exclusive property of MediWatcher or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and safeguard your personal and health data.

12. Termination

13. Mobile App Specifics

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use a compiled code copy of the App on a single mobile device.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediWatcher shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app usage.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delhi, India, with disputes settled via binding arbitration in Delhi.
